Century City Mall introduces ‘virtual buddy’

To make shopping easier, Century City Mall introduces its new customer service assistant, Virtual Buddy.

Century City Mall introduces ‘virtual buddy’
Century City Mall’s Virtual Buddy assists shopers in their various needs, from inquiries to ordering food and other items.

Shoppers who want to check if the store they’re planning to visit is open or make advance orders and reserve items from restaurants and retail outlets can send a message to Virtual Buddy through the mall’s Facebook page from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

To chat with Virtual Buddy, simply follow Century City Mall on Facebook and tap the Send Message icon.

To avail of the mall’s Food-to-Go service, message Virtual Buddy on Facebook, choose Century Mall Food-to-Go, and browse the list of restaurants available. After making sure the chosen restaurant is open, give them a call, place the order, and settle the bill. Once settled, customers must advise the restaurant that they are availing of the Food-to-Go service.

The food delivery assistance has a fee of P40 per store (minimum of two stores).

Meanwhile, for shopping assistance, chat with Virtual Buddy, click on the Century Shopper link, and complete the order form. Once the form is completed, the Century Shopper will proceed with the collection of the customer’s order.

To double check, Century Shopper will message customers on Viber—with a photo of their orders and details of the bill. If everything is in order, customers will be asked to settle their bill via GCash or online banking. After sending the proof of payment, wait for the order to be delivered and settle the delivery fee of P40 (per store) or P60 (grocery assistance).

The Food-to-Go and Century Shopper services cater to residents and tenants within Century City, Bel-Air Village, and San Miguel Village, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily.
