Trunc turns 1

Multi-brand e-commerce site Trunc.ph marks its first anniversary this November with treats, new collections, and new brand additions to its lineup of luxury labels. 

Launched on Nov. 6, 2020, the site brings together many of the SSI Group’s brands across four categories: Trunc for lifestyle brands; Trunc Show for sought-after luxury brands; PowderRoom for exclusive beauty collections; and Trunc at Home for the finest furnishings, accessories, wine, and food.

“We envisioned Trunc.ph as an avenue for customers to access their most trusted brands wherever they are, whatever the circumstances might be. Our launch happened in the middle of the pandemic, yet even so, the market continued to thrive and even projected an optimistic future for the Philippine economy,” shares Anton Huang, president of SSI Group, Inc.

As part of its first anniversary, Trunc is spotlighting collections featuring new brand collaborations Marc Jacobs x Peanuts and BOSS x Russell Athletic. Moreover, Jennie of BLACKPINK is highlighted in the collection with Heron Preston for Calvin Klein Season 2. Trunc’s newest brand additions also include DKNY and Longchamp.

New beauty brands at the PowderRoom include Fenty Beauty, Hourglass, Biotherm, Philosophy, SKII, and Nest. There are more soon-to-come favorites, including Juice Beauty, Huda Beauty, Kerastase, and Payot.

The digital stand-alone boutique is onboarding more European fashion brands in the coming months. It currently carries more than 165 brands and approximately 70,000 products for local distribution.   

Trunc at Home, launched in August, features the world’s top home and living brands, as well as consumable items from M&S Food and TWG Tea. Premium Wine Exchange will also be added to the curated roster, while other new home brands include Beka, Conair, and Oneida.

Birthday treats are pouring from Nov. 3 to Nov. 7, including a P500 voucher (can be redeemed from Dec. 1 to 31) for a minimum spend of P1,500, 10 percent off purchases using the TRUNCBDAY promo code, flash sales from select brands, and free shipping on Nov. 6.
