British rock band Coldplay is performing its latest single “Higher Power” in ASAP Natin ‘To today.
In a 15-second video posted on ASAP Natin ‘To social media accounts, Coldplay’s vocalist Chris Martin and lead guitarist Jonny Buckland invite Filipino fans to watch their set in the musical variety show.
“Hi, I’m Chris and this is Jonny, saying hello to everyone listening in the Philippines,” said Chris.
Jonny invited fans to tune in to watch them perform their latest single “Higher Power,” released last May 7.
On Wednesday, Coldplay once again invited to catch their set with a Facebook post saying “please watch out for it – it’s a special one!”
“Higher Power” is from the band’s upcoming ninth studio album. It’s written by Coldplay themselves and produced by Max Martin.
Coldplay — composed of Chris Martin, Jonny Buckland, Guy Berryman, and Will Champion — was formed in 1996 and is popular for the hit tracks “The Scientist,” “Yellow,” and “Fix You.”
The band last visited the country in 2017 for the concert A Head Full of Dreams held at the Mall of Asia Arena.
