As it continues to push for digital innovation, insurance provider Axa Philippines launched a one-stop app for new and existing policyholders.
The Emma by AXA PH app lets users purchase insurance products, read relevant content on Health Hub, and get 24/7 access to emergency services like ambulance, fire, and policy assistance.
“With the ongoing pandemic, we were presented with a new challenge to provide Filipinos with the accessible means to get insured in the safest and most convenient way,” says president and chief executive Rahul Hora.
Meanwhile, Axa policyholders can enroll for life and general insurance policies (Health Max, Health Start, Retire Smart, Smart Traveler, Home Security, Comprehensive Car Insurance), access their policy details anytime, pay their premiums, monitor their investments, file for hospital income claims and car insurance claims, and earn rewards points through the app.
“Through this app, we are able to make our products and services easily accessible to all, anytime, anywhere,” enthuses Hora.
The app can be downloaded on Google Play and App Store.
