Lifestyle vlogger Ashley Sandrine Yap is a top-performing e-commerce affiliate, now she’s taking a bold step beyond the digital sphere by launching her own business venture, Sip2Glow – the Philippines’ first ready-to-sip collagen drink made with Korean Collagen Tripeptide.
Though business wasn’t an early interest for Ashley, her entrepreneurial journey seems almost inevitable, considering her family background. Her father, actor and entrepreneur Richard Yap, is a well-known figure in both the entertainment and business worlds. Despite her initial lack of interest in business, Ashley is now embracing her “CEO era” with enthusiasm.
“Growing up, I didn’t see any interest in her doing business, but I’m happy that she’s pursuing it now. I’m very much happy to support her in any endeavor,” said Richard, who is also the official face of Sip2Glow. He added, “We’re a family of business people, so it’s natural for us to support each other. I’m glad she’s heading in this direction.”
Ashley, a Marketing Management graduate from De La Salle University, credits her father’s perseverance as a source of inspiration. “My dad is very persistent; he pushes for something and doesn’t give up easily. That’s what I admire about him as an entrepreneur, and that’s how I want to be as I start this business,” she shared. “He wanted me to be hands-on and involved in every aspect of my business.”
Sip2Glow, officially launched on Aug. 1, is designed to help consumers nourish their bodies, enhance skin health, and maintain a youthful glow. The drink is formulated with a blend of four key ingredients: Korean Collagen Tripeptide, Fish Collagen Peptides, Vitamin C, and y-Aminobutyric Acid (GABA). These ingredients are scientifically combined to ensure faster absorption and effective delivery to the skin, promoting hydration, elasticity, and overall skin health.
“People often tell me I don’t look my age, which makes me happy to know that my efforts are paying off,” said Ashley. “Drinking collagen has been a part of my daily routine for years because it helps maintain my skin’s moisture and elasticity. I’m only 28, but I know how important it is to future-proof my skin. That’s what inspired me to create this brand.”
