Senatorial candidate and former Vice President Jejomar C. Binay sprays alcohol on the hands of a supporter in Batangas City, Batangas. Binay, who is running under the United Nationalist Alliance (UNA) kicked off his senatorial bid with a series of events in the province. The former vice president is a guest candidate of presidential bets Vice President Leni Robredo, Senator Panfilo Lacson, and Senator Manny Pacquiao.
