Anchor Land Holdings Inc. said it expects to generate P11 billion of sales from the recently-launched Copeton Baysuites, an upscale residential development in Bay City along Manila Bay.
Anchor Land said in a statement Copeton Baysuites would emerge as a 16-story, tri-tower offering residential units, which included studio-type units of around 37 square meters, two-bedroom units of up to 91.60 sqm., three-bedroom units with a maximum size of 188.10 sqm., and four-bedroom units spanning 261.80 to 464.90 sqm.
“Copeton Baysuites is the expansion of our luxury developments in Bay City. It is master-planned to showcase Anchor Land’s unparalleled commitment to providing handcrafted luxury experience, serving the best interests of our clientele,” Anchor Land president Elizabeth Ventura said.
The North and South Towers will provide big cuts of studio-type units and two-bedroom residential units, fully furnished and equipped with future-ready features.
The West Tower, meanwhile, promises to be low-density residential units, built with two to four high-ceiling and spacious rooms, strategically facing the landscape of Manila Bay.
Copeton Baysuites is also equipped with cutting-edge building technologies that guarantee maximum safety and convenience of the residents.
Other world-class facilities include 25-meter lap pools, function halls, mini-theater rooms and karaoke rooms, fitness gyms, outdoor children’s play areas, game rooms, deck seating areas, outdoor lounges and viewing decks. The penthouse unit of the West Tower will have a private lap pool, which offers an unobstructed overlooking view of the city skylines.
“Due to the positive outlook for the real estate industry as well as the increasing demand for high-quality residences in the Philippines, we are dedicated toward creating more luxury masterpieces such as Copeton Baysuites, which aims to elevate the standard of urban living in the country,” Ventura said.
Copeton Baysuites is situated between City of Dreams and Ayala Mall Bay Area. It also lies close to world-class establishments, such as Solaire Resort & Casino and Okada Manila, in Entertainment City—positioned to become the next Las Vegas of Asia.
This project is the company’s third residential development in Bay City.
