To streamline their customer’s print management, Epson launched its monthly subscription premium service EasyCare360, which features a pay-per-click model and is currently available in Metro Manila.
The subscription, which can be bought separately from Epson’s WorkForce Pro WF-C869R printer, aims to provide the users their unit’s consumables, spare parts, repair, and maintenance services, while only paying for the total number of pages they print every month.
“The detail-obsessed individuals in Epson are committed not only in creating the most innovative products for consumers, but also in developing solutions that will complement these products and help drive business innovation value,” said Epson Philippines’ marketing director Eduardo Bonoan.
The service also provides a dedicated technical support team committed to responding on solving on-site issues in over two hours and is available from Mondays to Saturday except National holidays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., while deliveries of consumables, remote troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, installation services, and user trainings will be free of charge.
“With EasyCare360, we aim to showcase that we are capable of providing end-to-end service to our customers and ensure business continuity,” said Bonoan.
EasyCare360 is available upon purchase of the Workforce Pro WF-C869R, an A3 multifunction printer with the lowest-cost color printing in its class which can breeze through professional-quality prints at 24 ISO pages per minute.
