Public Works and Highways Secretary Mark Villar, Taguig Mayor Lani Cayetano and DOTr Secretary Art Tugade lead the inauguration on Tuesday of the first stage of the Laguna Lake Highway, a 10.7-kilometer highway connecting Taguig to Taytay Rizal province.
