The company marked many ‘firsts’ in the hospitality and F&B industry including being the pioneer in live demo kitchen, nationwide service offerings and a facility called Mall of Kitchens that carries an extensive line of kitchen and food-service equipment and small wares for commercial and household use.
Today, Technolux has over 70 brands of a kitchen, laundry and small wares under its portfolio. Among them are some of the world’s most popular and respected products such as Manitowoc, Vittore, Taylor Ice Cream Machine, Convotherm, Turbo Air (kitchen equipment).
It carries IPSO, Braun, Firbimatic Dry Cleaning Equipment, Sankosha Finishing Equipment, PSO laundry equipment, G.A. Braun, Sidi Mondial Finishing Equipment, Hoffman Newyorker Finishing Equipment, Forenta Finishing Equipment and Seitz the fresher company.
Other brands are Dandux laundry carts, Cardinal weighing scale, Autovalet uniform conveyor system, Thermopatch laundry tagging machines and Colmac tunnel finisher (industrial laundry equipment) and Eurochef, Rak , Eurochef, American Metalcraft, Cambro, Zieher Germany, Deson Furniture, Server, Athena Hotelwares, Icel, Tablecraft, Adcraft, Prince Castle and Lava Cast Iron (small wares).
It has recently introduced a new line of guest room supplies and housekeeping solutions for hotels and resorts with brands such as Hanview Leather, Resin and Acrylic Collection, William Roam Amenities, Suites Guestroom Appliance and Supplies, Kawajun Interior Finishing Hardware, Benalla Hotel Intelligent System and Onity Electronic Door Locks.
For over 40 years, Technolux has invested heavily in training its people so they can give the best in customer service. The company has a 24/7 call-center facility to respond and attend to clients’ inquiries and requests. For a faster customer-service response, it has a fleet of technicians on motorcycles who are deployed within four hours.
Technolux now has 400 employees across all its offices in Metro Manila, Cebu, Boracay, Davao and Zamboanga.
