The suspects, who are now detained at the QCPD detention center, will be charged with violation of Republic Act 9165 otherwise known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, while the seized drugs were turned over to the district’s Crime Laboratory Office for chemical analysis.

The authorities also recovered another five plastic sachets containing 60 grams of shabu worth P408,000, a mobile phone, and the money used by the police officer who acted as the buyer.

The suspects were brought to the Makati City Police Station. At the same time, charges of violating Sections 5 and 11 under Article II of R.A. 9165 will also be filed against them before the City Prosecutor’s Office.
