The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) arrested late Wednesday three individuals, including two Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) employees in Malaybalay City, Bukidnon during an operation to dismantle a drug den.
PDEA Northern Mindanao worked with the Philippine National Police (PNP) to execute the raid in Barangay Casisang. It led to the arrest of three individuals, including the two public servants.
Authorities identified the suspects as Venlijohn Adonis, 37, and Darryl Alina, 39, and Vincent Adonis, 39, a private individual. The suspects have been slapped with charges of violation of Article II, Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
Approximately 10 grams of suspected shabu, with a value of P68,000 as estimated by the Dangerous Drugs Board were seized during the operation.
