SENATOR Raffy Tulfo has grilled the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) on the state-procured motorcycles which were allegedly absent from thoroughfares within the National Capital Region.
Tulfo raised the questions during the budget deliberation of the Senate Committee on Finance onThursday.

The MMDA officials responded that 108 of their motorcycles were being used for the agency’s riding academy,
According to Tulfo, MMDA’s big bikes should be used to chase stubborn motorists who try to dodge apprehending officers.
Tulfo also said a white SUV with number 7 protocol plate was carrying a relative of an unidentified senator. The SUV illegally entered the EDSA Busway and almost hit a traffic enforcer before fleeing.
