Davao City First District Rep. Paolo Duterte and his political rival PBA party-list Rep. Margarita “Migs” Nograles both tested negative for drug use in their hair follicle tests.
Nograles and Duterte posted their respective results, which they both received on October 29, a day apart on their social media accounts.
Duterte had his first test and bragged the negative result before October 23.
However, Nograles commented that it was an old test and challenged her opponent to undergo a more recent test to show a reliable and credible result.
Duterte responded to the challenge and submitted himself for another test at a Quezon City laboratory. After the second test, he then challenged Nograles to do the same.
The latter did not waste any time and subjected herself to a test at a Davao City laboratory.
In her Wednesday post, Nograles joked that aside from the hair follicle drug test, she also tested negative in another test. Although she did not elaborate on what kind of test she took, the lawmaker posted a pregnancy test showing a negative result.
