A total of 1,099 out of 21,796 examinees have passed the Philippine Military Academy (PMA) entrance examination.
PMA spokesman Lt. Jesse Nestor Saludo said the successful examinees will be facing the next phase of the PMA cadet admission screening process which includes complete physical, medical, and neuropsychiatry tests to be conducted at the AFP Medical Center, Camp Victoriano K Luna in Quezon City.
According to Saludo, the selection process is expected to run until the first quarter of 2025 in preparation for their tentative admission at the elite military school.
The cadet candidates who passed the examinations will be informed and will be given instructions by the PMA Office of the Cadet Recruitment and Admissions about the next steps of the screening process through mail and email that takers provided during the exam registration.
The examinations were held in different parts of the country from August to September 2024.
