THE National Housing Authority (NHA) has visited 454 housing beneficiaries in Bustos, Bulacan in a bid to ease their amortization burdens.
NHA assistant general manager Alvin Feliciano initiated dialogues with the beneficiaries to explain that the agency is prepared to help solve their housing payment problems.
“NHA is ready to meet your needs. We are ready to meet with you halfway to resolve the problems regarding the bill, delinquency interests, demand notices, and others,” Feliciano told the homeowners.
“We at NHA are willing to accept any amount of payment you have as long as the payment is regular every month and the bill is reduced,” he added.
Many of the issues raised by the residents from Bustos Heights and Bulacan Angat Heights revolved around amortization payments, delinquency interests, and notices that were supervised by the technical unit, community support services, finance services and estate management of NHA Region 3.
According to Feliciano, the next housing caravan in Bulacan is set in November to meet the needs of housing beneficiaries.
