Leading the training were Mrs. Elvira Dalofin of TESDA, Ms. Raquel Buenaventura, Social Welfare Officer II of the MSWDO Baras, and Mrs. Arlene Canete, RPTESOC of Cainta.

The primary goal of the program is to equip former rebels with the skills and knowledge necessary for reintegration into society and to help them find better job opportunities.

Additionally, it aims to provide CAFGU members with skills that will enhance their capabilities and prepare them for the challenges of modern work.

“By providing skills to our FRs and CAFGU, we are giving them a new chance for their future. Their success is also the success of our community as a whole,” Lieutenant Colonel Ruby emphasized.

Under this program, participants will have the opportunity to earn certifications in various fields offered by TESDA Rizal. The training sessions are designed to meet industry needs and assist participants in finding roles that align with their skills and knowledge.

According to the 80th IB, TESDA’s program not only aims to promote personal development among participants but also seeks to strengthen peace and development within the broader society.
