Fisherfolk communities in Naic, Cavite report livelihood loss after the government imposed a fishing ban in coastal areas in Cavite province affected by the MT Terranova oil spill. The Center for Energy, Ecology, and Development visited coastal areas in Cavite to understand the situation of the affected communities on Aug. 2, 2024.
