“Saludad’s location has a unique charm and potential that we want to share with everyone. We’re integrating the best of the City of Smiles in this township, embracing both heritage and modernity, which both Bacolodnons and people from other places will love,” said PHINMA Properties president and chief executive Raphael Felix.

The P12-billion township builds on Bacolod’s growing economic prominence and infrastructure developments. Saludad will feature a business district with commercial opportunities for local entrepreneurs and professionals.

It will also offer essential services from the PHINMA Group including accessible, quality education from PHINMA Education and hotel and event spaces from PHINMA Hospitality, which will reflect the city’s signature warmth and charm.

The development is guided by PHINMA Properties and PHINMA Corp. chairman emeritus Oscar Hilado, who hails from Bacolod. PHINMA Properties teamed up with JEPP Real Estate Co., a firm owned by the Jacinto, Echaus and Puentevella families for the project.

PHINMA Corp. chairman and chief executive Ramon del Rosario Jr. congratulated PHINMA Properties on the launch of Saludad, noting the project’s significance to Hilado due to his Negrense roots.

“Bacolodnon culture immensely values family and community, the basic units of society that we in the PHINMA Group mainly cater to. This township will provide Bacolodnons and other locals more opportunities to improve their lives while finding their own community in Saludad,” said Del Rosario.

“This certainly inspires the Group to harness our businesses’ strengths and ramp up investments to boost development in our regions and impact more lives. By building sustainable communities, we reaffirm our commitment to nation-building,” said del Rosario.

Saludad’s town center will feature a curated selection of dining, shopping and entertainment options for residents and visitors. The township also includes residential enclaves offering a variety of living spaces, including residential lots and medium-rise condominiums.

The event also marked the launch of Likha Estates, a meticulously planned residential community within Saludad, which will feature modern living spaces, upscale amenities, and green areas that promote a balanced lifestyle.

“At Likha Estates, families in Bacolod can find a home where they can recharge, unwind, and excel. Its various amenities enable a well-rounded lifestyle tailored to meet their needs and aspirations,” said Reyes.
