L’Oréal names new PH managing director

L’Oréal announced the appointment of Yassine Bakkari as the new managing director to spearhead the next chapter of growth and evolution of its subsidiary in the Philippines.

Yassine brings over two decades of operations management and business transformation experience in diverse markets, combined with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and passion for people development.

Bakkari succeeds Yannick Raynaud, whose leadership guided the company to a strong post-pandemic rebound and growth acceleration. Under Raynaud’s leadership, L’Oréal set a bold course for responsible growth, trailblazing environmental and social commitments in the country. such as the launch of L’Oréal’s Digital Beauty Academy program and L’Oréal’s first Green Joint Business Plan in the region with Watsons.

Bakkari will build upon this momentum, ensuring consumers continue to experience the best of beauty while upholding the company’s sustainability commitments as part of the L’Oréal for The Future program.
