BGYO remains on Billboard’s Next Big Sound chart

Rising P-pop group BGYO continues to make waves on the international front after being a consistent spot holder at both global charts, Billboard’s Next Big Sound and Next Big Sound’s Pandora Predictions Chart.

Days before the group released their comeback single, “The Baddest,” the five-member act soared to the no. 1 spot in the Next Big Sound’s Pandora Predictions Chart for the week of Aug.16 and has never left the international chart. They also stayed on top the week after. Now on its 6th consecutive week, “The Baddest” currently holds the chart’s 10th spot.

On the other hand, BGYO also showed a strong presence in Billboard’s Next Big Sound and re-entered at No.1 after the group debuted at the sixth spot last May. Like the other global chart, they continued their reign on top in its second week. They were able to secure the 2nd spot on the third week; the 4th spot on their fourth week; and the 14th spot this week.

The Next Big Sound’s Pandora Predictions Chart includes acts based on “their likelihood of success, as measured by our patented predictive algorithm,” including streaming on Pandora and social media buzz while the Next Big Sound Chart’s data compilation “ predicts which artists are to join the Billboard 200 chart for the first time within said a year,” according to Pandora Predictions Chart’s official page.

As BGYO steadily makes their name on the global stage, they are preparing for their historic sibling concert with BINI slated this Nov. 6 to 7. Tickets are now available on KTX.PH. To those who want to meet both of the groups and watch the concert, SVIP tickets are sold for P1950 or US$39.90 while VIP tickets are priced at P1490 or US$29.99 and fans can already watch the 2-day concert.
