Building sustainable communities recently paid off for Filinvest Alabang, Inc. (FAI) as it took home a Silver Stevie award at this year’s 18th Annual International Business Awards (IBA).

Last year, FAI won the Gold Stevie in the Real Estate Category.
Stevie award winners were determined by more than 260 executives worldwide who participated in the judging process from July through early August.
FAI built the 244-hectare Filinvest City— a complete live-work-play CBD south of Metro Manila which received a LEED Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) v2 Gold Certification from the US Green Building Council.
