Members of the Manila Disaster and Risk Reduction Management Office conduct fogging and misting operations in Barangay 532 Zone 53, Sampaloc, Manila on Thursday. With COVID-19 cases rising in Southern and Central Luzon, the OCTA Research group said the number of new cases in the country may reach as many as 16,000 per day next week.
