Quezon City Police finally arrest a hit -and-run suspect Arvin Tan who fled the scene of the incident and tried to evade the authorities by driving away from Timog Avenue in Quezon City to Morayta Manila to Quezon Avenue. The suspect claimed he is a DILG employee.
