AirAsia Philippines announced Monday a 50-percent price off on domestic flights after the government issued guidelines on intra-zonal travel for fully-vaccinated individuals.
“With the recent news of intra-zonal movement being permitted for fully-vaccinated individuals including senior citizens, we anticipate a significant spike in domestic air travel; those who have been planning to travel home to see loved ones, or to their favorite leisure destinations to take a much needed break," AirAsia Philippines spokesperson Steve Dailisan said.
"With that, AirAsia is more than happy to bring back the AirAsia Super Sale in the Philippines as a timely treat to everyone planning their travels for the second half of the year," he said.
Throughout the seven-day Super Sale period, guests can enjoy up to 50 percent off on flights, and up to 20 percent off on flight add-ons such as pre-booked baggage and seats.
Shoppers can also buy travel retail items at the AirAsia shop, with prices up to 50 percent off and free delivery.
“Our highly-anticipated AirAsia Super Sale is back and we have so much more in store for everyone. The AirAsia super app is fast becoming a way of life, offering something for everyone, at any time of the day or night," said Tony Fernandes, chief executive of AirAsia Group.
