Starting this Monday, the SM Center Sangandaan will be an additional COVID-19 vaccination site in Caloocan City.
The people of the barangays in South Caloocan can come to the mall to get vaccinated, the city government said in a statement. So far, A1, A2 and A3 are still the priority list groups that are already included in the vaccinated.
The SM Center Sangandaan Cinemas will be turned into a vaccination site where city health workers will lead the vaccination.
It will accept 400 slots every day, from Monday to Saturday, 8am to 4pm. To persons who will get vaccinated who have cellphones, it is necessary to download the StaySafe App for contact tracing of the establishment.
Mayor Oscar “Oca” Malapitan thanked the leadership of SM Center Sangandaan for their help and support to the city’s mass vaccination program.
“Many thanks to SM Center Sangandaan for not hesitating to join us in this program. Thank you for joining us in the goal of ending the Covid-19 pandemic,” Malapitan said.
