Star Magic talent Arabella del Rosario has been the subject of rumors linking her to Jimuel Pacquiao, the eldest son of boxing champion and senator Manny Pacquiao.
In a virtual event held Friday, where Arabella was launched as the face of beauty brand Orabella Philippines, the 20-year-old showbiz newbie set the record straight and admitted that she and Jimuel are playing beautiful music together.
She also clarified the issue citing her as the reason why Jimuel and former girlfriend Heaven Peralejo called it quits.
“We met long after they broke up. So, it’s not possible,” she started.
Asked by the event host if she’s the girl Jimuel was holding hands with in a social media post, she replied, “Yes, it’s me.”
Following up the question, the event host asked, “Is Jimuel your boyfriend?” to which she responded with a big smile on her face, “Yes!”
The young actress, who is also into singing and figure skating, has already appeared in several television projects. Most notable was in the ABS-CBN series, Wild Little Love.
As Orabella’s latest endorser, she was formally introduced to the members of the media and the blogging community.
“As an up-and-coming brand, we wanted an endorser who is passionate and promising. We see that in Arabella, and we warmly welcome her into the Orabella family,’ said Anne Acuña, Marketing Manager of Orabella Direct Selling Inc.
While she appeared in some commercials in the past, according to Arabella, this is the first time she will be launched as brand ambassador of a reputable skincare brand.
“Being a new face in show business has its advantage, too. There are trustworthy brands like Orabella that believe beautiful skin is achievable with a consistent skincare routine,” she said.
Ever since a kid, I know that taking care of my skin should be a priority. It is not vanity but it’s self-care because our skin is the largest organ of the body,” ended Arabella, who is also a college freshman taking up Veterinary Medicine in De La Salle Araneta University.
