Davao-based property developer Damosa Land Inc. (DLI) recently broke ground on the first set of homes in Ameria, the 8.9-hectare residential component of the township project Agriya in Panabo City.
DLI partnered with Connovate Philippines (connovate.ph), a building technology provider from Denmark which provided 14,000 psi panels.
Connovate’s technology reportedly allows for a shorter construction time with the use of precast panels that contain less cement, thus requiring less energy, making it environment-friendly.
The houses in Ameria will showcase California mission-style architecture, namely, bungalows and two-story house models. The project won as the best housing development for Metro Davao in the PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards.
The 88-hectare Agriya also bagged the best residential green and township developments by the same award-giving body.
