A woman lies lifeless under an 18-wheeler truck at the corner of Quirino Highway and Mindanao Ave. in Quezon City on Sunday after she attempted to overtake the truck and make a U-turn while on board a motorcycle with her daughter, eyewitnesses said. The girl survived the incident, but told investigators her father had recently just passed away too.
