Around 3:30 pm on February 4, 2021, a fire incident affected a portion of a property owned by Century Limitless Corporation in Barangay Barangka, Mandaluyong.
The Mandaluyong Bureau of Fire Protection and its volunteers promptly responded to the incident upon the alert of the CLC security team on site.

The fire out was declared around 4:40 pm. No casualties or injuries have been reported from the incident.
Based on initial information, the fire came from a lot that was expropriated for the Estrella-Pantaleon Bridge construction. The fire had quickly spread to the CLC property which was adjacent to this lot.
CLC has extended some relief assistance for those affected by the incident through the local government of Mandaluyong.
