Fair and Festival: Online bazaar featuring Pinoy artisans extends run

Museum Foundation of the Philippines (MPFI) is extending its online bazaar MaArte @ Zalora until end of February on account of “strong support” from patrons.

The extended run will be featuring a new inventory, restocked with items that were previously unavailable during the holidays. MaArte Fair’s first online bazaar opened in October last year.

Patrons can check out pieces from Gifts & Graces, MCV Designs, Milvidas, TdLG by Tweetie de Leon-Gonzalez, Whimsy by Silay Export, WYC-Wear Your Culture, and Barba by Vittorio Barba.

Some of the available items are rings and necklaces with pendants handcrafted by T’boli artisan metal crafters of Lake Sebu, South Cotabato (Gifts & Graces); as well as Boho-style ring cuffs and ear huggers in sterling silver and yellow gold (TdLG).

There are also unique bags designed to adapt to today’s need for sanitation and safety—carry-all On-the-Go totes covered in plastic and lined with tarp material (MCV Designs). Accessories cases made from locally sourced cotton are available, too (Milvidas).

MaArte @ Zalora has table mats and pillowcases featuring Manobo embroidery (WYC), and  roomy kaftans made of ultra-comfy cotton challis (Barba).

Go to zalora.com.ph/maarte or download the Zalora app to visit the online fair.
