Members of the Manila Health Department prepare for the city’s free RT-PCR test for pre-registered persons at the Quirino Grandstand on Monday. The test, according to MHD Acting City Health officer Dr. Arnold Pangan, is open to both Manileños and non-Manileños as long they are pre-registered.
