A concert dubbed Behind the Wishper will recount the beginnings, challenges, and success of Wish 107.5 and its popular mobile booth Wishbus through classic and memorable OPM songs.
The show will take viewers on the musical journey of the man behind it, Kuya Daniel Razon—how his love for music and life experiences led him to conceptualize a radio station that successfully marries traditional and digital platforms to bring the Filipino talent to international shores.
The concert, to be streamed live via Wish 107.5’s YouTube channel, will feature OPM A-listers like KZ Tandingan, Morissette, Yeng Constantino, The Juans, Bugoy Drilon, Janine Teñoso, Gerald Santos, and Marco Sison. BMPI talents and Wishcovery alumni The Wishfuls will also take part in the digital event.
The show's title references Razon's now-iconic Wish 107.5 whisper.
Apart from a night of great music, it will also be a night of charity. On the eve of the concert, the station will also start giving away 107 tablets to deserving recipients. This is the station’s way of giving back after its YouTube channel surpassed the 10-million subscribership milestone in November. During Wish 107.5’s anniversary in August, the station donated 107 tablets to deserving students during its “Notes of Hope” digital concert.
