Department of Public Works and Highways workers put up a sign for bikers on East Avenue, Quezon City on Wednesday, Sept 16, 2020. The sign provides an early warning that the road has a bicycle lane ahead, slow down, and be on the lookout for cyclists entering and exiting the road.
