Former settlers of Barangay Taliptip in Bulakan, Bulacan start moving into their new homes—with many about to complete construction—following the lump-sum cash assistance given to them by San Miguel Corp. The assistance allowed the residents to voluntarily relocate to safer areas, paving the way for the construction of the P734-billion Manila International Airport project.
