The new Lipa City Community Park Amphitheater in Lipa City, Batangas, one of the Projects of Lipa Lone District Rep. Vilma Santos-Recto, shines under a starry night and its own lights. Residents may use the Amphitheater to watch programs and welcome people from neighboring towns who need a gathering place, Santos-Recto said.
