About 230 Filipino seafarers arrived at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 1 in Paranaque City yesterday from Hamburg, Germany organized by the Peter Doele group for its merchant marines via a chartered flight onboard Condor Air. The flight is to help Filipino seafarers who are having a hard time going back to the country due to travel restrictions imposed by the Philippine government.
