Malolos City—Bulacan Gov. Cesar Ramirez, also known as Daniel Fernando, is in hot water after netizens from his province questioned his decision to distribute relief goods to Bataan residents when his own constituents have yet to receive aid.
Archie Abelino, a resident of Felicisima Village, Mojon, in Malolos City, just a kilometer away from the Bulacan Provincial Capitol, said: “We are just at the back of the capitol and yet we don’t even have a cup of rice or even a drop of alcohol.”
