Restaurant chain Pizza Hut has launched its “worry-free” delivery procedure to ensure customers their orders are prepared and delivered in the “safest way possible.”
“While the enhanced community quarantine has been extended until April 30, we have launched a worry-free delivery procedure to assure our customers that their safety is our topmost priority,” said Lorent Martin Adrias, Sr., marketing manager of PPI, the local franchisee of the pizza restaurant chain.
The procedure requires delivery riders to properly wash their hands and sanitize their hot bags, money pouches, and delivery motorcycles before and after every delivery. Riders are required to wear face mask at all times. Physical distancing is practiced when interacting with customers.
Upon arrival, riders will place the pizza and money pouches at the customer’s doorstep, and then keep a safe distance of at least one meter before calling them to receive their order.
For orders via phone, customers can dial 8911-11-11 or order online at www.pizzahut.com.ph. They can also order via GrabFood and Foodpanda.
