Millennials guiding Gen Zs

Born tethered to technology, Gen Zs—or those born from 1997 to 2012—are exposed to a barrage of information and stimulants that can easily influence the way they see themselves and the world around them.

‘Kaya Ko Pa, Bes! And Other Lies I Tell Myself’ tackles how Gen Zs can be strong amid challenges.

To help today’s young people better understand life and lies (e.g. “Right and wrong change over time,” “I need to stay connected 24/7,” and “My value depends on the number of ‘likes’ I receive”), bestselling author and founder of the Lovestruck Movement, Pastor Ronald Molmisa gathered five millennials to write Kaya Ko Pa, Bes! (And Other Lies I Tell Myself).

A devotional aimed at the Gen Z crowd, it contains 52 entries that tackle how Gen Zs can be strong amid the challenges they face. The book also shares reflections on how each person’s story is connected to the Lord’s great plan for everyone.

Gen Zs who want to stay “woke” can read the “Woke Prayers,” short and sweet prayers that they can use to jumpstart their conversations with God. Meanwhile, the “Challenge Accepted” activity section encourages readers to apply the lessons they learned in the reflections.

Published by OMF Literature, Kaya Ko Pa, Bes! is available at OMF Lit Bookshop and other leading bookstores nationwide and at shop.omflit.com for P225.
