Three Philippine real estate companies recently received recognition at the prestigious Dot Property Southeast Asia Awards held at the Park Hyatt Bangkok in Thailand.
The awards is a recognition program that recognizes the best regional real estate companies – from leading developers and projects to real estate agents and companies that contribute to the growth of the sector.
Grand Land garnered the Best Mid Range Condominium Development Award for Amani Grand Citygate Davao, while Santos Knight Frank was recognized as one of Southeast Asia’s Best Real Estate Agency for 2019. SM Development Corporation (SMDC) also won Best Township Development for Gold Residences.
