Miss Supranational 2023 first runner-up Pauline Amelinckx has been honing her hosting skills through various events, including brand launches and TEDx. However, she has long aspired to host a national pageant.
Amelinckx achieved this goal on Sept. 6 when she co-hosted the 56th Mutya ng Pilipinas grand coronation night. In an Instagram reel, she shared her experience and expressed how meaningful it was to return to the pageant, which she once competed in, calling it a “full-circle moment.”
“I’ve been manifesting to host a national pageant, and when the opportunity came, I was over the moon!” she wrote.
The reel featured clips of her rehearsals and her outfits for the night, including a pink gown by Mara Chua and a gold gown by Ryan Ablaza Uson. She closed with a message about perseverance, encouraging followers to trust in their journey.
