Tree growing for a cause

Civil Service Commission (CSC) chief Carlo Nograles and other officials participated in the government’s “Tree Growing for a Cause” program at the Biñan City Esplanade, Dela Paz, Biñan City, which was organized by the CSC, Laguna Lake Development Authority, and the city government of Biñan.
