Hyundai Motor Philippines Inc. (HMPH) marked a significant milestone with the ceremonial handover of the IONIQ 5 N and Elantra N to the first batch of Hyundai N customers in the Philippines on September 7 at Okada Manila. The event brought together enthusiastic customers and key executives, including President Mr. Dongwook Lee and Managing Director Mr. Cecil Capacete. A total of 18 N units were officially handed over by the four Hyundai N dealerships: Alabang, Commonwealth, Makati, and Pasig.
The ceremony featured an exciting drift stunt exhibition by Autocraft Drift Philippines, showcasing the IONIQ 5 N driven by renowned drifter Mr. Audel Sison, along with his daughters in the Elantra N. Professional drifter Mr. Sungu Cho also highlighted the original IONIQ 5 N Drift Spec from South Korea, demonstrating the vehicle’s impressive performance capabilities.
This handover signifies the start of a new chapter for Hyundai N in the Philippines, following their successful launch at the Manila International Auto Show in April 2024. The N Car Meets series and the N Pop-up Store at Karrera Showroom are fostering a growing community of N enthusiasts.
