The Philippine Business Coalition for Women Empowerment (PBCWE) announced that Accenture in the Philippines has achieved leading practice results in all 12 Focus Areas (FAs) of the GEARS (Gender Equality Assessment, Results, and Strategies) assessment, obtaining top marks in each focus area. Accenture in the Philippines is the first member company of PBCWE to achieve this milestone.
The GEARS assessment is a comprehensive evaluation tool designed to measure a company’s performance in various aspects of Workplace Gender Equality (WGE) and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).
