Samsung fest lights up BGC with top Asian talent

Samsung’s Galaxy AI Festival at Bonifacio Global City featured top Asian artists in a free concert. Over 48,000 fans braved the weather to enjoy performances by major artists, including K-pop star Xiumin from EXO.

Billboard Philippines Hot 100 chart-topper Maki and BINI kicked off the show, performing some of their hit tracks.

Maki treated fans with his live performances of “Saan?” and “Dilaw.” He was then followed by the “Nation’s Girl Group” BINI with all-time favorite songs “Lagi Lagi”, “Salamin, Salamin”, “Pantropiko”, and “Huwag Muna Tayong Umuwi.”

Singer-actor Juan Karlos brought his whole band to give fans the taste of his heart-tugging singles “Demonyo”, “Buwan”, and “Ere”, with the massive crowd joining him in singing.

The international flair continued with Filipino global group HORI7ON, who brought the hype back with songs like “Lucky”, “Salamat”, and “Hit Me”.

The night culminated with Xiumin delighting his Filipino EXO-Ls with his solo hits “Serenity”, “Don’t Go”, “Beyond”, “Brand New”, “Love Letter”, and “Feedback”.

“Thank you, Samsung for having me here tonight. I’m very, very grateful for giving me the opportunity to meet Filipino EXO-Ls tonight,” stated Xiumin.

“My cell phone is a Galaxy. I use Ultra. This stage feels friendly to me. I like that the new Samsung Z Fold6 makes it easy for me to communicate with my fans with the help, of course, of Galaxy AI,” he added.

The Samsung Galaxy AI Festival came on the heels of the brand’s latest mobile technology reveal. The event celebrated the AI features of the new Galaxy Z Fold6 and Z Flip6, which were introduced at the Galaxy Unpacked event in Paris.
