Young actress and singer Belle Mariano has reached new milestones in music, with her single “Bugambilya” amassing over one billion views on TikTok and her discography totaling 110 million streams on Spotify.
“Bugambilya,” from her 2023 album Somber, became a viral hit on TikTok with its emotional lyrics, now featured in over 36,000 videos.
On Spotify, it entered the top 10 of the Philippines Viral Songs Chart and ranked in the top 200 of the Daily Top Songs, with over 18 million streams.
Two Saturdays ago, the 22-year-old star dazzled audiences at her sold-out birthday concert Believe at The Theatre at Solaire. Her stellar solo performances and special numbers with guests Donny Pangilinan, Moira Dela Torre, Denise Julia, and Martin Nievera were highlights of the event.
“I never imagined that my dreams would come to life. What once was just a wish came true. Thank you to everyone who believed in me, my ABS-CBN family, the directors, production, and crew of the ‘Believe’ concert, my family, friends, and supporters. I wouldn’t be here without you all,” the StarPop artist posted on Instagram.
In addition to her concert, Belle released her new EP Believe, which garnered 300,000 streams on Spotify in just 10 days and peaked at No. 2 on the iTunes Philippines Albums Chart. The EP’s focus track, “Biglaan,” was featured on various editorial playlists, including Spotify’s OPM Rising and Tatak Pinoy.
