The National Historical Commission of the Philippines (NHCP) is presenting PWD-friendly museum displays during the Philippine Disability Convention and Expo 2024.
As part of the ‘Touch the Artists’ Vision’ by the Rotary Club of San Juan del Monte, these exhibits feature interactive displays that visitors can freely touch and interact with. NHCP’s exhibit also explores various ways in which people with disabilities can learn about the country’s history.
The Philippine Disability Convention and Expo showcases the talents of people with disabilities through an art gallery and various performances. The event, organized by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) in collaboration with the National Council on Disability Affairs (NCDA) and the Project Inclusion Network (PIN), marks the beginning of ‘National Disability Rights Week,’ which runs from July 17 to July 23.
This free event is taking place at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City from July 15 to 17.
