The 128th death anniversary of Filipino patriot Marcelo H. del Pilar, a.k.a Plaridel, was commemorated Thursday (July 4) by the Samahang Plaridel, the association of veteran journalists and communicators with a wreath laying ceremony at the heroes monument at M.H. Del Pilar St. cor. Pres. Quirino Avenue, Malate, Manila.
