PUBLIC Attorney’s Office (PAO) chief Persida Rueda-Acosta has bagged two Gawad Dangal Filipino Awards 2024 for exemplary leadership and outstanding public service.
Dr. Romm Burlat, Gawad Dangal Filipino Awards president and chief executive officer, adjudged Rueda-Acosta as the recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award for Female Leadership, and the Dr. Jose Rizal Leadership Award.
The awarding ceremony was held recently at the Sequoia Hotel Manila Bay in Parañaque City.
In her acceptance speech, Acosta conveyed gratitude to Gawad Dangal Filipino Awards for recognizing her dedication and commitment to help the poor and surpass what is expected of PAO’s services.
The two awards represented the 36th and 37th trophies the PAO chief has so far received in recognition in recognition of here exemplary services. She cited the trust, confidence and support of the indigent Filipino people and all sectors of society amid the adversities in fighting for the country.
